Skin Abscess (jaw)

73-year-old man, from Mérida- Venezuela. Who has a cutaneous abscess in the mandibular region on the left side, triggered "harmless scrape" of which he did not realize. Among his personal antecedents, Parotid Gland Cancer, HTN, Varicose veins in the lower limbs stand out, and he currently has skin cancer, specifically the face (left side). Surgical history: parotid gland removal more than 10 years ago. What obvious clinical results could this man have?
