Introduction to muscles that cause movement of the hip - small muscles

This is a great video on the small 6 muscles of the hip which are explained on anatomical models, the movements they cause at the hip joint, and a slight overview of the nerves that innervate them. The refreshing teaching style of the presenter is great for those who are starting anatomy. 0:00 introduction 3:44 overview of the bony anatomy 6:23 piriformis 8:38 obturator internus, gemellus superior and inferior 10:56 quadratus femoris 12:12 obturator externus 15:20 innervation
