Pretty unbelievable, but there you have it! A nipple on a very unusual location. This patient suffered a traumatic injury to his face. The defect was repaired and covered with a skin free flap or graft taken from the patient's own chest transplanted onto his face with blood supply surgically reconnected to the blood vessels adjacent to the wound.
So what happened to the skin on his chest? They couldnβt cut around the nipple to preserve it like in breast reductions? Is he supposed to keep his nipple on his face?π³
