You see inflammation or no it’s clear? If u see inflammation which antibiotics best for this case?thes case have cough and before have fever and dizziness

Continue it to 10 days and use 5cc diphenhydramine for gargling every 8 hours and lower fever with acetaminophen every 8 hr.
