42 year old female with sudden onset of spinal headaches that are positional. Supine position relieves pain and vomiting. Pain began abruptly after bearing down in restroom. Pain ongoing for six months. Would you use this spontaneous injury to diagnosis a connective tissue disorder and if you would, which one? Would you recommend a c collar to relieve pressure?
