Differential Diagnosis Needed.

Male 60y, Hx of Hypertension, Alcohol use , on betablockers and ace-i for 4 years. 3 month history of skin lesions on both upper and lower limbs with new erruptions on the back. Some appear to have healed. Occasional itching, no associated symptoms.
