What is your diagnosis?

A 53 year old male with LOC refered with CXR patchy peripheral involvement especially in lower lobes. Admitted with pneumonia R/O coronavirus. 2nd day of taking kaletra, Hydroxychlorochin, Levofloxacin and vancomycin. Two vesicular lesions on the chest has seen. And there is red rash on the chest. What is the diagnosis?
