Clubbing ...lungs cancer is the most common couse of clubbing ,heart disease (Congenital heart defect) and Chronic lung infections that occur in people with bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, or lung abscess are also causes of clubbing.

Hi, COPD doesn't make clubbing. Just if there is underlying cancer.
