He is not febrile, ill and toxic. He is relatively fine. Just complained of pain, warmth and pus drainage if that area (like pustule).

Tinea corporis?? Along with some secondary infection leading to formation of pustules??

In the text , it's mentioned as the tinea corporis could be associated with pustule lesion.
