36 year old female Newly diagnosed with HIV and PTB Patient was initiated on TB treatment (Rifafour) initially before HAART to prevent IRIS activation where she started developing a progressive pruritic rash throughout the entire body. Associated symptoms include occasional chest tightness, shortness of breath and lightheadedness. Distribution of such rash involves the trunk, face, neck, limbs and sparing the palms and soles.
