What’s the diagnosis? (Answer to be revealed)

36 year old female Newly diagnosed with HIV and PTB Patient was initiated on TB treatment (Rifafour) initially before HAART to prevent IRIS activation where she started developing a progressive pruritic rash throughout the entire body. Associated symptoms include occasional chest tightness, shortness of breath and lightheadedness. Distribution of such rash involves the trunk, face, neck, limbs and sparing the palms and soles.

Answer: Mobiliform Drug Eruption secondary to TB Rx ✅ Secondary syphillis rash may cover any part of the body but tends to erupt on the palms or soles of the feet
