Clinical condition in which finger gets locked in full flexion and can be extended only after excessive voluntary effort or with help of other hand When extension begins it occur suddenly with a click CAUSE:PRESENCE OF LOCALISED THICKENING OF A LONG FLEXOR TENDON Treatment:relieved surgically by incising fibrous flexor sheath
