Suggest treatment for DM in a patient with history of HTN who is not responding to treatment with metformin, glimepride, gliptins and is allergic to voglibose

Since the patient is not insulin dependent I'm assuming they are type II. Have you explored dietary modifications such as intermittent fasting, fasting mimicking or ketogenic diets?
