What is the diagnosis

A 17 year old male has been noted to be jaundiced on several occasions. He himself feels completely well. On examination, he is slightly jaundiced. There are no signs of chronic liver disease, but the tip of the spleen is palpable. Investigations: Hemoglobin- 134g/L. MCV - 85fL. Platelets normal. Reticulocytes 8%. DAT test negative. What is the diagnosis?
