DIAGNOSIS??

Small bumps on knuckles. Tested for allergies, no allergies. Bumps aren't painful, itching nor irritated. Bumps are hard in structure. White in color. Bumps are on both hands, and only located on the knuckles. One hand counts about 21 bumps. No further history of dermatology problems, no eczema. Person does work with flower and plants, maybe this is related? Does anybody have a diagnosis for this? Thanks in advance!
