ECG/EKG of an 18yo male, presented with left sided chest pain, SOB, palpitations and rapid heart rate of 134 BPM BP 157/90 sp02 100% on air and resps 18

LVH , p mitrale which mean left atrial enlargement , atrial escape beat, at this age pt could have aortic stenosis or HOCM , more evaluation by echo also check cardiac enzymes.
