Excised a glomus jugulare tumor presented in a 29 years old female patient that suffered from recurrent bleeding from her right ear that underwent two previous surgeries since 2010. The tumor was excised through infratemporal fossa approach where the operation took 12 hours and ended with success. The patient is doing well and she was discharged home. Glomus jugulare tumor is a rare lateral skull base tumor that involves jugular foramen and surrounding structures. Its excision is a big challenge and needs high skills as this type of tumors is highly vascular, involves lower cranial nerves and surrounds the internal carotid artery.
