Thoracoscopic diaphragm plication

This is a case of a 54-year-old man who presented with a history of dyspnea on exertion. His chest X-ray showed an elevated right hemidiaphragm. Diaphragm fluoroscopy demonstrated paradoxical movement. He was referred for diaphragm plication.
