This 86 year old man got his hand caught in a large lawn mower!

The patient was clearing thigh-length grass when he reached down to unclog the machine not realizing he had put his hand inside the gap between the lawnmowers box and blade. There was severe torsion and avulsion as shown, exposing all the tendons and delicate tissues underneath.
