Table saw accident

Nothing too crazy but the result of a table saw at 3am!! Table saws are ubiquitous equipment that have the potential to cause severe injuries. Many of these injuries results in finger and thumb tendon, nerve, and vascular damage or amputation.Both occupational and amateur woodworking injuries are extremely common with the majority of cases resulting in laceration rather than complete amputation of digits. The bright side is that table saws are nowadays equipped with SawStop technology which essentially stops the saw blade when contact with skin is made, resulting in a small cut, rather than a more complicated laceration or amputation.
