It is'nt because of malnutrion of protein? Because I think he has edema in his abdomen or maybe because of some renal disease that the kidney in which doesn't reabsorbtion of proteins in proximal tubol of nephron or maybe it is result of lymph vessels blockage that the lymph vessels don't absorb the 10% remaining plasma which filtrate from vessels near the tissue & some the other cause of edema
