Parkinson's disease is a progressive Neurodegenerative disorder, due to deficiency in production of Dopamine. As Dopamine is neurotransmitter produced in substantia nigra n ventral tegmental area n synthesized by hypothalamus thn released by anterior pituitary gland. The Globus pallidus is a part of basal ganglia which also receives dopamine n regulate voluntary activities. But as thr is alternation of dopamine shaking of hands occurs.
