Relations of the pituitary gland are important to know because spread of the tumors of pituitary gland is common, Relations go as:•Inferior: Sphenoid sinus.•Superior: Diaphragma sella, Optic chiasm.•Lateral: Cavernous sinus and its content.•Anterior: Anterior Intercavernous sinus.•Posterior: Posterior Intercavernous sinus, Pons, Basilar artery.
