Referred Pain

It is important to know about the regions that the pain from other places could show in, sometimes if you miss the referred pain you might lose the patient and misdiagnose them. The famous example of referred pain is myocardial infarction that can manifest as pain in the upper chest or retrosternal and left shoulder/arm.
