Massive burns caused by a burst of flame

A burn is a type of injury to skin, or other tissues, caused by heat, electricity, chemicals, friction, or radiation. Most burns are due to heat from hot liquids, solids, or fire. Extensive burns often require large amounts of intravenous fluid, due to capillary fluid leakage and tissue swelling. The most common complications of burns involve infection.

This patient’s tissue is mostly dirty and contaminated with pseudomona. He/she will need more surgicals cleaning, proper wounds care coverage, with IV full spectrum antibiotics even Anaerobics. its a multisystemic treatment too that depends of the parients general condition for survival, When the tissue is clean the patient will be ready for skin Graft. Even using sterile tilapia skin will help to cover this extensive 16-17% area
