Maybe thymus?

Features of thymus are outer cortex with closely aggregated lymphocytes. Inner Medulla with loosely aggregated lymphocytes. Presence of Hassalls corpuscle in medulla. Degenerated epitheliocyte cell aggregations appear as concentric eosinophilic (pink) mass called Hassalls corpuscle in medulla. Then incomplete septa is also a feature.
