58Y/M brought to ED with c/o chest pain of acute onset since last 50 minutes. He called 911 and paramedics recorded a prehospital 12 lead ECG which showed a clear inferior STEMI (not shown, tracing could not be found). He was given aspirin and sublingual nitroglycerine, which improved his pain. On arrival, the ECG shown above was recorded. What are your ECG interpretations? Dx? What is your next best step?
