Its the dialatation of aorta right...So it obviously reduces pressure as the area increases (inversely proportional)....and is it lower extremities and upper extremities?options are not clear...only clear option is systemic hypotension....

Sorry sir,you have messed up the choices...2nd and 3rd options are not clear...i think it is EXTREMITIES...WHAT IN UPPER AND LOWER EXTREMITIES???REDUCED CIRCULATION????.any way tell us the answer...
