57 years woman presents with massive bleeding and intense stomach cramps. Says her menopause started over 5 years ago. What's your diagnosis and treatment?

I think a massive fibroid ( serosal probably) . Get an USG done . TVS pelvis if required, do take an endometrial aspiration. Treatment would be hysterectomy

Postmenopausal bleeding can also be a sign of malignancy; rule that out
