Multiple trabeculation of urinary bladder walls

A 56 yr old man having 49kg weight with a history of stone removal oprtn. Complain of nocturia, dysuria, burning micturition at regular intervals. Turbid, acidic, pale yellow urine, full field pus cells, 2-3 RBC's, 4-6 epithelial cells, albumin trace. Is there any permanent treatment for this problem.
