Brunner's gland adenoma
BGA is a benign duodenal neoplasm composed of Brunner's glands .Endoscopically BGA presented as polypoid lesions of duodenum often eroded ulcerated which bleeds and narrows duodenal lumen. Benign lesions of BG' s >1 cmβ‘ Adenoma and >1 cm BG' s hyperplasia
