Diabetic foot ulcer

56 yr old gentleman with T2DM, uncontrolled bgl’s and non compliant with medications. Pt had not removed his socks in 1/12, Pt reported nil pain. Subsequently pt had bilaterally foot amputations as the wounds were to the bone.
