Is there any doubt that theres a hole in this lady's lower jaw? At this point, only the gum tissue was lowered down; no bone was removed. This lady had constant lower jaw pain, pressure and a sour taste in her mouth. This bone lesion went clear through her jaw into her oral cavity. She was diagnosed with a huge mandibular cystic lesion, which was treated with surgical cystectomy, resection of the involved bone, enucleation and decompression. Among these methods, enucleation after decompression is a conservative technique that decreases the size of the cystic cavity and reduces the risk of intra-bony defects, which could be induced by primary enucleation. Her surgery was difficult and she had minor nerve damage for a few weeks. But today, more than four years after the surgery, sheΓ’ΒΒs pain-free and no longer has a sour taste in her mouth.
These conditions make me remember to thank God a lot more πππ
