How increasing of gastric juice acidity is treated with recommend use of milk a.) how and why the gastric juice secretion is changed while using milk..? b.) how the physiological mechanisms of pancreatic juice secretion is changed using milk...?

Milk is slightly acidic and contains lactic acid, proteins and phosphates.Milk is actually not recommended for reflux or gastric ulcer bc it stimulates acid secretion after 3 hours and again increases pain.pancreas releases lipase that aids in breakdown of fats that may present in high fat milk.

I did,your theory itself is wrong.Milk should not be recommended a) gastric juice secretion is not changed,milk buffers the acid at the moment,but it also stimulates the gastric secretion.b) during milk consumption pancreatic changes are release of pancreatic lipase and protease, basically same for everything.
