Well you are already a Dr u know much more.. Use some a herbal chewable tablets or nicotine based chewing gums.. Or visit some doctor whom u can follow for quitting..
I smoked a lot. Then decided no more. I used a crutch the nicotine gum. Every time i wanted a cigarette I chewed. Never ever- never ever cheat with a cigarette or you will waste all you’ve done!!! I chewed less and less without even realizing it. Then in 1 year I was down to one piece of gum a day. I realized I had quit smoking. No more gum. It is hard but rewarding Good luck. God bless
