Appendectomy
Fresh procedure tonight, a 25 y.o femme with RLQ pain, maximum pain in McBurney point, also increased with cough. An acute appendicities diagnosed. There are several unfavourable condition during the procedure, thick fat due to obese profile and her inflamed appendix lay on retroperitoneal fashion. Need extra time to do the procedure but tiredness subside after the procedure completion. Thanks God
