The patient was driving a jeep wrangler, with a soft top when he hit a steep ditch and the car rolled. Unfortunately for him, he wasn't wearing a seatbelt. His face hit the steering wheel and was then thrown through the top and into a field, fracturing multiple vertebrae and slicing open his nose.
