Damage Control Surgery & perihepatic packing for severe liver and spleen injury

Damage Control Surgery and perihepatic packing for severe liver and spleen injury, with gallbladder avulsion. Grade IV liver Injury and Grade II spleen injury. DCS with perihepatic packing, gallbladder avulsion and splenectomy.
