I had one buccal mucosal cancer patient.he got surgery one year ago.and also he took kemo therapy.after one year he get swelling on face. doctor required him to take hyperbaric oxygen therapy. patient also took this therapy. But during this therapy he got more swelling so patient stop this therapy after one week and doctor tell him it is side infection. patient get edema specialist.but this doctor tell him he had not edema and all vessels work perfectly.and he also tell him " you have side infection nothing more."and suddenly mid night he get more swelling or pain. I have question this patient has really infection or reaction of kemo. Please guys give me reply.ineed solution.
