Huge Fibroid Uterus: Total Abdominal Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy
45 years old female presented with 24 weeks size fibroid uterus. Total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy (TAH-BSO) done under spinal anaesthesia and post operative period was uneventful. Fibroid Uterus was 1.2 kg.
