A little help needed. What does an elevated hematocrit level, low monocyte and high neutrophil ratio mean? Patient has gait disturbances, vertex, consistent headache. Pain is aching and non-continuous. (It's a game btw, so I don't need a perfect diagnosis, I just need a push in the right direction) I've done literally every neuro exam. I've done a million immunology tests but they're all negative. I was thinking multiple sclerosis but the spinal tap tests were negative. Blood cultures too. No tumors or growths, done an MRI on the brain and spinal cord. Any advice on where to continue? Edit: the patient died apparently and since I'm too broke to pay for the premium version, I'll just let this discussion continue and see what we come up with.

High neutrophil count means neutrophilia is there and there might be some sort of infection occurring in the body. I'm just saying πŸ™ƒ
