A 16-year-old adolescent patient arrives at the emergency department with testicular trauma, showing moderate pain and bleeding, after an accident on a bicycle. In the physical examination, the patient presented a blood pressure of 130/90 mmhg, a temperature of 36.5, a heart rate of 90 and a respiratory rate of 18. In the genitals was observe a avulsion wound of 6 cm in the testicles, on the left side of the raffe, with rupture of the scrotal sac and loss of substance, it is possible to appreciate cooper's facia intact, there is no compromise of adjacent organs such as the penis, or perineal region. Immediate management was started with surgical cleaning, hemostasis, prophylactic antibiotic supply (first generation cephalosporin), local anesthesia, debridement and approximation of borders. Dopplex is performed to rule out vascular damage.
