Case of otolaryngology

A male 32 years old, come to hospital with complaints othorea right ear since 7 months and decrease hearing in right ear since 5 months. The discharge was scanty, yellow and mukoid. He also had history of upper respiration infection and fever. On otoscopic examination of right ear there are multiple perforation, wet and the external auditory canal filled with discharge. The otoendoscopy examination can you see the picture. The left ear was found to be normal. What is the diagnosis? Type of tympanic membran perforation ? Treatment ?
