Amazing case or genetic feature. In the photo we see a rare condition characterized by "split" or a crack of the tongue, which is usually the middle. Clinical forms range from a simple posterior incision to full duplication of the tongue

It’s a bifurcated uvula. Caused by when the palate closed in utero, but didn’t fully come together at the uvula. Benign finding. Nothing related to the tongue.
