Derma cases. Diagnosis?

20 y/o pt admit front office, h/o bronchial asthma during 14 y/o Condition start 3 years back Symptoms - mild to moderate itchy, easy to bleed, sometimes fresh blood sometimes pus sometimes serous, sometimes foul odour. Very painful to touch. Keep growing new ones after 1 pustules subsides. 1st derma visit during 18 y/o doctor diagnose as comedones, given body wash liquid, Doxycycline 1/12 (white cell high. Protein high, other lab values not concerning) 2nd derma visit during 19 y/o diagnose as hydradenitis suppurativa, given benzoic peroxide 5% topical, tretinoin topical, Doxycycline 3/12, calamine + sulfur cream Doesn't subside, worsening Diagnosis? Treatment?

Dermatitis herpetiform. Treatment: chlorpeniramine maleat 4mg 3x1, dexamethasone 0.5mg 3x1

I wonder how to deal with the drowsiness if taking piriton, and is it long term? Both dexa and piriton? Thanks Ma'am
