"Glass Delusion"

I just learned about the glass delusion and maybe you want to know about it, so i'm going to share it. So what is it all about ? Way back in history, a medieval French King Charles VI suffered from extraordinary psychiatric illness which made him think that he was made of glass. He used to wrapped himself with cotton blankets to prevent him from breaking. The people who suffered from this case, were seems to be normal. But, the belief that they were made of glass made them think that no one should ever come close to them, to avoid the risk of shattering. *Photo credit to the owner *
