A friend of mine has this kind of endless dandruff even showering his hair won't finish the dandruff that makes him feel itching and same red scalp points appear on his head any idea what is this pathology and what's the best treatment and any explanation

Have you considered Tinea capitis? Or does your friend have other lesions on the skin?
