Non healing wound
42 year old, p.m.h. hyperlipidemia, no diabetes. Fishing line cut bottom of toe 2 years ago! Progressively worse now cellulitis of foot, swelling, warm to touch, drainage and failed antibx. Can provide update if anyone interested. Pt getting admitted

IV Vanco/zosyn, negative blood cultures, someone forgot to do a wound culture prior to antibx. Foot swelling almost gone, 2 dtoes still with swelling. Being discharged to wound care and podiatry.
