Crush injury of the foot!
A young driver in his 30's met with a road traffic accident. He sustained a crush injury to his foot and fractured both his legs. He was managed by surgical debridement by a team of plastic surgeons. This was followed by negative pressure wound therapy, followed by flap coverage of the affected area
