1.Hemoglobinuria as in hemolytic anemia , 2.myoglobinuria as in rhabdomyolysis , 3.drug as rifampicin, 4.diet as beetroot, or artificial food colours, 5.gross hematuria due to urinary system pathology .... for urine analysis , cbc , imaging if RBCs confirmed in urine analysis ,. Also exclude anticoagulant use.

Gross hematuria -> Renal carcinoma

If it doesn't contain red cells -> Myoglobinuria (rhabdomyolysis)

Due to obstructive jaundice ?

Kidney rupture./ In case there is pain during peeing/.
