Patient presented to the ER with complaint of anuria. Examination showed a large tumor on his penis. Patient was admitted to the urology unit where the tumor was surgically removed.

From what I remember from my oncology days, more frequently seen in uncircumcised men. Usually squamous cell carcinoma
